O POTENCIAL DO DBR PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE RECURSOS EDUCATIVOS DIGITAIS DE EDUCAÇÃO PARA SUSTENTABILIDADE

Resumo
Uma Educação de Qualidade é requisito essencial para a implementação da Agenda 2030 para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável e para o alcance dos 17 Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável. A concretização “desta” educação é um desafio e implica uma pedagogia inovadora e sustentada na investigação. Reconhecendo a importância da metodologia Design-Based Research (DBR) para o desenvolvimento de Recursos Educativos Digitais (RED) em Educação para Sustentabilidade (EpS), este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar e descrever a metodologia utilizada para desenvolver o Recurso Educativo Digital (RED) do tema “Sustentabilidade” da plataforma “Ilha Periscópio”. Para o desenvolvimento deste RED foi organizada uma equipa multidisciplinar e seguida uma metodologia Design-Based Research (DBR). A implementação desta abordagem foi organizada em quatro fases: Fase I – Identificação e análise do Problema, Fase II – Exploração de Possíveis Soluções, Fase III – Design e Construção do tema “Sustentabilidade” e Fase IV – Reflexão sobre os procedimentos e os resultados. Durante a Fase III, foram implementados dois ciclos iterativos, permitindo a participação de vários parceiros (nomeadamente, investigadores, ilustradores, web designers, especialistas, alunos do ensino primário) no desenvolvimento, validação e reestruturação deste recurso educativo. No final do processo, pôde concluir-se que algumas das principais características desta metodologia - iteratividade, múltiplos participantes, diferentes validações e colaboração multidisciplinar - foram absolutamente essenciais para o resultado final, evidenciando a relevância, adequação e eficácia da abordagem DBR para o desenvolvimento deste tipo de recursos. Assim, os procedimentos seguidos e os resultados obtidos parecem estar alinhados com a literatura de referência: a metodologia DBR potencia o desenvolvimento de RED para a EpS de elevada qualidade, inovadores e adequados a diferentes contextos.
