Results: The results showed two categories of suggestions. The first involved measures with medium-term results, such as encouraging a healthy lifestyle in the medical school environment. The other dealt with short-term outcome measures, such as educational interventions aimed at improving students' skills in overweight approaching. Conclusions: It is concluded that there is a need for effective educational interventions during graduation aiming to improve skills in lifestyle medicine and in the approach to overweight. Thus, future health professionals will be better equipped to assist patients in adopting and maintaining healthier behaviours.
