O usuário e sua busca pelo cuidado nas redes formais e redes vivas: Uma produção cartográfica

Abstract

Care can be produced in services that make up the healthcare network in the encounter between workers and users (patient), or autonomously by the user who builds living networks in search of meeting his/her needs.  This article aims to map out the production of care in the networks covered and built by the guide user of homecare service, analyzing the care produced and shared in order to meet the user's health needs.  The starting point was with the user of the Home Care Service, who guided the researcher through the paths and processes he traveled in the construction of a cartographic map of care.  When the fieldwork started, the production process of the cartographer researcher began with who needed to deconstruct the armored eye retina, and by bring into view the vibration of the body and sight, giving visibility and a voice to those affected, and being able analyze the implications.  Cartography, as a tool allows the researcher to give visibility and a voice to those affected, provides greater closeness to the user's experience, which allows the enhancement of their life through this research.
