Authors retain copyright over the articles published in New Trends in Qualitative Research (NTQR).
By submitting an article and, if it is accepted for publication, authors grant NTQR/Ludomedia the right of first publication, as well as non-exclusive rights to edit, publish, make available, preserve, index, and disseminate the article, in digital format and in any media and scientific information systems used by the journal.
Articles published in NTQR are made available in open access under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) licence. Under the terms of this licence, third parties may copy and redistribute the article in any medium or format, for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the authors and to the journal, and provided that the content is not altered, adapted, or distributed in the form of a derivative work.

NTQR reserves the right to maintain the published article as part of the scientific record, without prejudice to the application of exceptional editorial procedures of correction, retraction, or removal, where justified by ethical, legal, or scientific reasons.
